About the app.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The Astorre X app is free. There is no separate app subscription — the products your company owns decide what you can open.
Can I sign up or buy in the app?
No. The app uses your existing Astorre X account and sells nothing. Products and trials are started on the website or with Amstercode.
Which products can I use in it?
Astorre X Text has its own screens in the app: conversations with Human Takeover, leads, bookings, calendar, automation and analytics. Voice conversations appear there too. Government Desk and Opportunity open from the app in your browser, already signed in. Phone opens from the app when it is part of your account. Every product is listed with its status for your company.
Is ASTORRE X SMART in this app?
No. SMART has its own Android app, separate from the Astorre X business app.
Is there an iPhone version?
The Astorre X app is for Android (7.0 or later). The customer portal works in any modern browser, on any device.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account & Support and choose Request account deletion — or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
